We specialize in sourcing replacement parts for older double-acting reciprocating air compressors (Chicago Pneumatic, Ingersoll-Rand, Joy Mfg., Worthington).  Our replacement parts, including valves and valve components, pistons, rods, rings, and channel & spring sets, are reverse engineered from OEM parts.  Our replacement parts are drop-in equivalents to those of the OEMs and are substantially less expensive.  Now you have a cost effective option to maintain your older, energy efficient compressors.

Make Overhauls Easy – Use Our Kits!

For many smaller reciprocating/piston air compressors we offer Tune Up Kits (TUKs) which include a gasket set, piston ring set, oil seal, insert bearings, and wearing valve parts to recondition one compressor. Or, to simplify your overhaul, use our Valve Set Tune Up Kits (VSTUKs) which include all parts in TUKs with complete current style replacement valves instead of wearing valve parts.

Head Overhaul Kits (HOKs) include valve and unloader gaskets and wearing valve parts to recondition one compressor. Valve Set Head Overhaul Kits (VSHOKs) include all parts in HOKs with complete current style replacement valves instead of wearing valve parts.

The components included in our kits may vary depending on the make and model of your compressor.
